MyLocker

During Armin Only: ‘Mirage’ there will be lockers available for storing your belongings.

Costs:

€ 11,00 (incl. €5 deposit) for the standard/lady lockers (2-3 coats)

€ 12,50 (incl.€5 deposit) for the large lockers (3-4 coats)

For belongings that do not fit into lockers, there will be an extra drop-off point for oversized luggage. These costs are € 5,00.

Remember: once you are inside the venue you are not allowed to go back to get items from your locker.

Tokens

Food, drinks and merchandise have to be paid for by tokens. These tokens are available at selected sales points and can be paid in cash and through ATM machines (debit and credit card). The price of one token is €2,50 (no other values are allowed). Tokens that are left over at the end of the evening are non-refundable.

Cameras

An ordinary (digital) camera is allowed. It is forbidden to carry (semi) professional photographic equipments, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Age

Entrance to Armin Only: ‘Mirage’ requires you to be 18 or older at the time of the event. Identification will be asked for when in doubt. If you are under the age minimum, you will not be allowed access to Armin Only: ‘Mirage’.

Zero tolerance

During Armin Only: ‘Mirage’ the Dutch government will be enforcing a ‘zero tolerance’ policy. This means that hard drugs and soft drugs are not allowed. We advise you not to take drugs with you. If you are found with drugs you will be handed over to the police and refused entrance to the event.

Merchandise

Do you want to have an exclusive Armin Only: ‘Mirage’ t-shirt? During Armin Only: ‘Mirage’ you can buy a permanent memory of this amazing show. T-shirts will be available for both men and women, and will be on sale during the whole evening and night in the Jaarbeurs. Merchandise has to be paid by tokens.

Smoking regulations

Smoking is not allowed inside public spaces in Holland. Therefore we have created smoking rooms inside the Jaarbeurs venue. Please note that only cigarettes are allowed.

By public transport

Jaarbeurs Utrecht is located in the centre of Utrecht and is therefore easily accessible using public transport. For train passengers, Utrecht Central Station is right next door. From Central Station, follow the signs ‘Jaarbeursplein’ for the five-minute walk to Jaarbeurs Utrecht. There is also a direct train between Utrecht Central and Amsterdam Schiphol airport. Next to Central Station is the bus station for city and regional transport.

If you’re planning to take the train to Utrecht, please note!

Over the weekend of 13th and 14th November there won’t be any train journeys between ‘s-Hertogenbosch and Utrecht Central Station due to engineering work on the train tracks.

If you’re still planning to make use of public transportation to Utrecht, and you’re travelling between ‘s-Hertogenbosch /Tiel and Utrecht, you can use one of the special bus services arranged. For more information, go to www.eventtravel.nl

If you’re travelling from Eindhoven/s’Hertogenbosch/Tiel and you still want to travel by train, you can expect at least one hour of added travel time and more transfers than usual. This is due to the fact that the trains have to take a different route.

By bus

By car

Follow Utrecht, highway A2, A12 or A27, exit ‘Jaarbeurs’. For parking: follow P1 and P4.

Parking

Jaarbeurs Utrecht has several parking lots. Visitors to Armin Only: ‘Mirage’ can park their cars on parking lot P1 and P4. The parking fee is € 12,00 for the entire night and has to be paid in cash to the parking attendants. Visitors with Deluxe Tickets can park their cars on parking lot P3.
